Our professionally trained dispatchers work as integrated part of your carrier company, and they look for compatible loads while negotiating profitable rates. Our focus is the SPOT Market, and we have a built relationships with brokers and access to many load boards. North 37 will handle the paperwork, phones calls, emails, freight rate negotiations, credit checks and support you with roadside assistance. Billing
Timely invoicing is key to receiving steady payments. Our Billing Specialist will register each load in your TMS or Drive and collect all the (ppw) documents for each load so that the load can be invoiced to the broker or your factoring services. Furthermore, we will control the status of the invoices that go over 35 days and we will work actively to resolve any issues that might appear. We can prepare your weekly statements for the drivers or prepare payroll for your employees.
Accounting
